Notices
Only written notices are permitted under this Agreement. Zala Hub shall communicate with users of the Service by email sent to the most recent email address if any, provided to Zala Hub by the intended recipient. You agree that all legal requirements for notices to be given in writing will be satisfied by an email received from Zala Hub. It is your responsibility to ensure that your email address on file with Zala Hub is up to date and accurate and shall be considered effective when messages are sent to it by Zala Hub.
