When birds are on the wing, they can’t see a clear lens but what is behind the glass. If there are flowers inside a room, they may want to perch on them. Even tinted glass does not help.

Birds see a reflection of their surroundings and fly right into the glass. Millions of birds hit the glass on buildings and get injured or die. Researchers have recommended putting stickers outside of windows that are most likely to be hit by birds.
