HOW DOES A BUTTERFLY FIND A MATE?
Male butterflies of each species generate a unique odorless love-dust that attracts willing females of the same species. Also, a male's flight pattern and persistence attract mates. The colors of male butterflies don't play any role in courtship.
In both instances, the other fowls react immediately, albeit in different ways, depending on whether the threat is from above or it is ground-based. The behavior of domestic fowls confirms that sounds birds make are understood and acted upon by other birds.
